I've seen engineers fresh out of school at little mom and pop organizations who were extremely sharp and more than capable of any job that they came across, and I've seen 30 year engineers at billion dollar companies who were almost completely incapable of performing any relevant task adequately so age, experience, size of company is often irrelevant.

If it's a viable market you'll see signs from around for LAZ, Standard (now SP+), Towne Park, etc. as well as (likely) some regional players.

I have 10tb storage capabilities spread across 6 hard drives.Synology has an app that allows you to copy the data on the server to the the web (Google Drive, Drop Box, etc.).  

I like that blue tooth capable vent/light in the bathroom.

I should add that I would much rather invest in RE Equity / Preferred Equity (despite all the risks) than in 2nd Lien Debt because at least with equity you have the chance of participating in the upside and can potentially earn greater than 19 or 20% (sometimes...) for what amounts to, IMHO, a similar amount of liquidation preference / default risk.Peer Street is a relative newbie player in this game so I havent tried them yet / have no opinion except to say that I notice their projects seem to pay a helluva lot less in APR % for what amounts to the same risk as POL or others  - I suspect it's b/c they pocket more of the spread for themselves in vig.Good Luck!
