Hi Yall, im cleaning up my expenses and im wondering what you are choosing to use free and what you are choosing to expense.

email? Free or branded? @gmail.com vs @youinvestor.com

website? Oncarrot / Lead propeller or Wix/squarespacae or Wordpress?

Lists: Driving for Dollars vs NODS/Preforeclosure lists or equity list/listsource list?

Marketing? print at home vs postcards, vs yellow letters, vs bandit signs?

not looking for science just looking to see what you are using, thanks for the comments!

@Jose Martinez , I think you look like a more professional business when your email address is [email protected] instead of [email protected].

It isn't that expensive, but it's money well spent.

I'm selling you my home, I want to know that you are a legitimate company, rather than some fly-by-night scammer. (Not saying you, personally are.)
