Just wondering if anyone here is rolling with organic search results + adwords as the primary source of lead generation now a days.It seems like carpeting a zip code with specific mailing criteria is becoming less and less effective as more investors jump off the MLS to try and source their own deals.

They aren't generally organizations.

I know those guys and they have a consistently grown their business; that doesn't happen by accident.
