Anyone receiving the majority of their leads from ONLINE ?

Just wondering if anyone here is rolling with organic search results + adwords as the primary source of lead generation now a days.

It seems like carpeting a zip code with specific mailing criteria is becoming less and less effective as more investors jump off the MLS to try and source their own deals.
