For this post, I'm going to write about an inspiring couple who just finished their FIRST renovation of an amazing beachfront home in Hawaii!

I have gained inspiration from @Karen Rittenhouse from my area who realized around my age she had to find the right vehicle to become retirement ready.

Those who are genuine about turning their condo into a rental are going to be frustrated as they now are competing in a much bigger pool with disingenuous participants who intend to use the rental queue as a means to profit.I view it as a net negative.

The greatest value for many citizen's is COMMUNITY, and the feeling of coming home, feeling safe, genuine human connection, and self discovery/improvement.

Maybe they inspire to one day do what you are doing.  

Fast forward a year and we were expecting our first child and really wanted our own place to move into, being recently graduated and not having much in the way of savings I took inspiration from our landlord at the time and decided to pursue trying to find a home that would allow us to do the same thing he was doing I didn't know it was called house hacking or whatever at the time.

Very inspirering.
