Hello Everyone,

Today is my first official day as a BP Pro member! I’ve been exploring the website for the past 5 hours and have seen nothing but great information. I currently reside in North Jersey (about 15 minutes away from NYC) and have set my sights on investing in multi family properties. All the information BP has to offer could be sightly overwhelming. If there are any tips for a rookie like myself, feel free to share with me 👍
