The other plan which I favor it to stick with small multifamily properties. 

My personal favorite is the 5% down conventional loan which you can use on anything from a condo up to a 4 unit!

Hello BP,The other day I was watching my favorite show, "The Grand Tour" (a spin-off from Top Gear), which is a hilarious car show where they test many different types of cars and supercars.

The lower end wont cut it.I also love to buy where inventory is low, a clear indicator that there is more demand than supply.I purchased a deal in Rouge Park, another favorite, there were 14 offers on this one.

Also, what are some of your favorite markets and why?

I have the Zinia Green Tea mattress from Amazon in most of my rentals, and it's a hit - it's my personal favorite, too, and I have Leesa and Casper mattresses elsewhere.I think it's a good plan to market the cabin as having a discounted rate due to the dated interior - guests will know what to expect and it gives you room to grow.

(please respond quick...I just saw a sausage stand for sale outside my favorite Home Depot yesterday for $70K with van included...for a moment, I thought it might be better than going back/forth to our current rehab project site...probably just the smell of onions and peppers and sausages temporarily blinded me...still I think people will always be hungry...especially when walking out of home depot in a daze...day after day after day...I'm hoping someone's response sways me one way or another - sausage stands or real estate...I'm on the fence...)
