I do have a lead on an 8-unit building on the wauwatosa/milwaukee border.

I really want to grow my business in the US, however my new cross-border accountant has basically told me that the accounting fees, tax return filings, bookkeeping etc. required to make my operation work the way I want it will eat up most of my returns and thus make these seemingly sweeter deals in the US not so sweet.

Based on what I've read banks tend to frown on condos in South Florida, understandablyAs to why, I know the area and the community, and it's in a good spot near the border with Boca Raton.

I have two brand new brick windows because I'm living next to one of those developments :)Up and coming from what I see is further down Ditmas Park/Flatbush into Midwood along the Q and border of East FlatBush along Flatbush Avenue.
