Jacksonville, FL Market
Hi Everyone,
I am an investor/wholesaler out of Tampa, FL. Due to personal circumstances I have been and will continue to frequent the Jacksonville, FL area. In addition to the couple of properties I already have up here and am looking to move (if anyone wants them), I am interested in finding other deals to pursue in the area.
I have a vast amount of tools and resources at my disposal to locate and land the best off-market deals working direct to seller. What I don't have is serious buyers in the Jacksonville area. I am in town over the New Years weekend and while I am here, I would be happy to meet up to discuss how we could do business together.
I am also interested in advice on some of the up-and-coming areas and the best areas to focus on. I stay in the Riverside area and have seen a few rehab projects in progress here. Is this a good area to focus on? What are some of the most desirable areas for rehabs? Rentals?
Any information/input is helpful! Thanks!

@Jason Burgess Welcome! I am all about Riverside, Avondale and Murray Hill for flips. You can sometimes get worthwhile rentals in Murray Hill as well but it's getting tougher.
I like anything in San Marco. It is about to explode here. Same goes for Brooklyn but good luck finding something...it's basically all investor-owned just sitting and waiting to get bought out. And if you can find deals in St Nicholas or Lakewood I would be interested as well...but that's just me.
Areavibes will break down those neighborhood borders for you, and I am open to lots as well. Send whatever you find, though I'll warn you ahead of time that we are picky lol.
Thanks and happy to answer any questions you might have.
