When there are holdover tenants the discount can't be 10% of a normal foreclosure price but more like 50% off when you factor in lost rent, damage to the unit, and evicting holdover tenants.

I'm at a lost of information i understand the concept of this form of investing but I'm not sure what steps to take first.

I've been on strict diet since August and have already lost close to 30 pounds and almost at my target weight.  

If that's the case- just lost everything and get a flat fee that makes it worth the time. 

Wife hated the second one and if I had sold it I would have lost money so moved out of it and had to put that on rent as well.

What we haven't used up that day is forever lost. 4.

Currently my partner is ineligible due to student loans that accumulated when his conditions worsened and I lost my previous income after I had a death in the family.
