When there are holdover tenants the discount can't be 10% of a normal foreclosure price but more like 50% off when you factor in lost rent, damage to the unit, and evicting holdover tenants.

Lastly, if the key is lost you will need to buy a a "cradle" in order to reset the cylinder.My own personal preference is that I do not recommend these locks for large complexes with multiple units.
