Accidental landlord

Hello out there,

As the subject says I am an accidental landlord, I had initially bought a home in downtown since it was closer to job etc. But with family expanding decided to rent that out and purchased a second house. Wife hated the second one and if I had sold it I would have lost money so moved out of it and had to put that on rent as well. I am here to basically get advice on management of rental properties and ways to quickly payoff the loans I have. Thanks!
