Hello Everyone,

We are about 2 weeks away from 2016. How was 2015 for you? Have you guys made your 2016 goals yet?

My goal for 2016 is to do 10 deals per month for a total of 120 deals. This will be a mix of buy and hold, wholesale and some flips.

What about you guys? What are your big goals for 2016?

Sharad

My wife and I bought our first buy and hold(4-unit) this year. We are going to shoot for buying 2 SFR's in 2016, and scaling up from there. I would like to be able to add 1 more each year, 3 in year 3, 4 in year 4, etc.
