Any advice on taking the first step to creating a successful wholesaling business. is the first step knowing the market? Building a power team? Just start making deals? I'm at a lost of information i understand the concept of this form of investing but I'm not sure what steps to take first. I'm a little bit frustrated because i have the determination to do something but don't have a clue what to do. Can anyone bounce a few ideas my way and explain that critical FIRST STEP?
