Let this serve as my introduction and a request for help from the BP network.

If so, check your contract - Paragraph 9 & 10 for provisions pertaining to existing leases.  

I want the recipient of my letter to know who I am in the first paragraph, my credentials and what I have done in the past and what I can do for them.They need to know that I can really solve their real estate situation - that I have more than one solution and that I can deal with them and their property professionally.I use radio to "stand out in a crowded investing market."
