There are differences between inspectors but generally, we are aligned on the need to maintain safe, clean, and warm properties and conditions for tenants.

It is also a relatively safe neighborhood, but the taxes are so steep that  this area never seems to appreciate in value over a certain point.

I also figure a license would help a lot more in the long run, and would be a lot more reliable, and safe in terms of making money.My main dilemma with getting a license is that I mainly want to be a real estate investor and not an RE agent in the long run.

The question is...do I play it safe and just collect lower income duplexes one at a time.
