Do you recommend the partnership agreement I'd reviewed by an attorney?

This is a flip project - 4 months buy repair and ready to sell. Assuming 6 months for the estimates bellow.Want to know if I am missing something ... advice welcomed.BTW - need hard money for this one if you have advi...

It was going to take an unknown amount of time for my deal to go through multiple reviews from various departments from various entities.  

If experienced, spend a morning at the courthouse reviewing actual files and listening in on actual courtroom hearings.

 9 days......7 day, 63 hour course, review course next day, state test next day.  

Please review and let me know your thoughts.The 3,804 (heated) SF home was taken for back taxes and the government selling at auction soon.

You are also welcome to search my name on this forum and I think you will find that there isn't 1 negative review of my program from people who have actually attended my workshop.  

You need to review the leases of the three businesses.

If you choose to use a company like Legal Zoom or go through the state, you may also consider having the real estate lawyer review it to ensure that it is structured properly so that you are protected in case of a suit.2.
