Long distance partnership?
What are your experiences and knowledge on long distance real estate partnerships? I live in California, and have networked with others from the South, and Midwest who have local knowledge of their areas. What is your take on partnering with a knowledgeable person who is in need of capital? Do you recommend the partnership agreement I'd reviewed by an attorney?
Thank you
Justin

@Justin R. I am dealing with an out of the country investor right now who wants to find flip deals here in Indiana. From my research and speaking with other investors who have done this, an attorney should be involved to form a JV or partnership of sort.
