Also went to a REIA meeting tonight in College Park.

And yet while saying that...... this is a very old house and looks like (at least from a pulling permits POV) the upgrades and renovations are far in the past.

A buddy rents out his parents in law gets $200 a night 90% occupied he will have his college paid off in no time.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I know its not the center of the Bakken but they got a college and a new Refinery.

I went to Boston College for law school and lived in the Fenway area (Audubon Circle).

Recently graduated college, and I want to have everything planned out when I do have the cash. 

In college I did door-to-door sales for two summers and learned a lot about persistence, dealing with rejection, and working with people.

Greetings BPI just picked a a huge 9,000 sq ft vacant lot in the city of Orange, near Santiago Community College, its a very nice part of the city, in the canyons, a lot of beautiful and expensive homes along the hills.I have been wholesaling for about 3 yrs, and just started rehabbing last year, I wholesaled the house next to the lot, and it just so happen the same seller owned the lot next door, so he calls me a month later, tells me he is leaving Ca for good...he 85 years old and just wants to sail.....and so he sells me the lot for 125k....unbelievable. 

Luckily we have a very good electrician who met us at the town hall right at 8am to pull the permit to get the work done.
