Newbie From LA Interested In San Antonio

Hello BP!

I'm a young attorney from Los Angeles.  I'll be finalizing probate by the end of the year and am looking to invest in real estate.  I'm particularly interested in small multifamily units that create cash flow.  Since making that happen in LA is VERY difficult, I've been evaluating San Antonio, TX as a potential market.  I'm interested in learning more about the different neighborhoods/areas and corresponding rents, as well as connecting with folks that know the market.

Aside from lawyering and investing, I love golf, classical music, and Real Madrid football.  Great to be aboard!
