I have a stack of returned mail from last year and recently after organizing them and looking up the properties- a bunch of them sold.I got a little disappointed in myself for not researching the owners right when I got the retuned mail, for if I did, I would have probably bought their house. 

I have grown up helping my parents repair and refurbish the apartments and I know what it takes to manage them.

The new closing is currently scheduled for tomorrow, but we just found out about a huge issue today that could make the deal fall through.The seller is a community organization in the area, with dozens of properties under ownership.

You mentioned this is not a well water, so the organic matter may be in the local plumbing branch.

After working more than 20 years for companies/organizations I would like to take control of my most valuable asset - MY TIME. 

The city has grown so much, that now the flood plains have definitely change due to new developments and water run offs. 

What is the best way to organize the business?  

We are not the biggest group around and we are not a marketing organization.
