. - do you happen to have a contact for a person or company that will move, unpack, and assemble furniture in a home (to aid in furnishing)?

For my personal properties, I lump them together on the same furnished finder/Airbnb accounts/email chain with ALE solutions/Staffing agencies.For other investors - should I just make one Furnished Finder account and lump them all together or should I make a separate Furnished Finder account for each individual account that I manage? 

So far we are very pleased with the cost, look, and ease of installation but we haven’t yet furnished the rooms we installed it so we don’t know how it will withstand the test of time.

@Leslie Monroy You can always invest in high appreciating markets and rent your property furnished on sites like Airbnb or Furnished Finder to force the cash flow.

It’s fully furnished as an airbnb but I need to sell due to debilitating depression.

I had no issues renting my unit with no bed because of the location, luxury building and that it was furnished with all utilities paid.

If this will be your home you likely don't want undergrad students and at least in our area student units are typically furnished except grad students where they look for year round unfurnished (but that may just be unique here).
