Can I please get any recommendations of RE attorneys that specialize in Palm Springs vacation rentals :) I'm in the process of purchasing a property in the area for the purpose of vacation rental and I would like to make sure I'm doing everything right (in terms of STR rules and regulations). Adam Gilbert is a lawyer and agent that used to run a STR management company, and his wife is mayor of Palm Springs. If you don't already have an agent that knows the area 1000%, give him a shout. The Firm Commercial is his shop, they work primarily with commercial and STRs.
