@Peter MorganThe tenants that wanted to get vaccinated would be protected from contracting Covid from those that didn't get vaccinated and those that didn't want to get vaccinated would have a 99.6% chance of surviving it if they caught it and a decreased chance of catching it since some would get vaccinated.

Catch is, tenant has COVID and is quarantining for another week, now with gas off and no heat / stove / dryer / water heater...and I can't find a plumber who will come do the job due to holiday and/or COVID presence.
