Atlanta permit questions/help

Hello All !

Buying a flip house in the city of Atlanta.  They pulled an addition permit, electrical, HVAC, plumbing.  electrical, plumbing, and HVAC all show "passed" in the Accela system.  The addition permit also shows "passed".  But the addition requires a CO from the city.  Anyone know if it is merely paperwork for the city to issue the CO from this point after passing all the inspections?  Do i have any risk closing prior to receiving the CO?  See snip below.  Thanks to anyone that can help.  Really tired of living in this AIRBNB haha.  We have clear to close and all are ready to close.
