Ask about the tenant profile (market rate or govt assistance, young, old, kids, single, common employers, etc).

Also, my company invests in apartment syndications, but the profile only allowed me to pick real estate services, and that is significantly different than what we do and I don't see how to change this, and nothing pops up in the help.

These products are based on experience and less on the rest but you will be able to present a strong borrower profile and that will help you. 

I looked at your profile and some of your recent posts mention inheriting property and then transferring into an LLC, while holding the mortgages in your fathers name.

I'd recommend specific advise from someone who has access to your credit profile if that's an option you are considering.Just for reference, FNMA/FHLMC are a 1.333 debt-to-service threshold (i.e. 75% of "lease" can offset new debt).
