Should we be selling?

Isn't it best to sell when everyone is buying and then buying when everyone is selling? You can't buy when things are bad if you don't have cash. Problem is cash is trash right now so what can one do that makes sense?

@Jeff S. Deals are to be made in any market. Doesn’t matter if a crash happens or not as long as your making money.
