Hello everyone! My name is Jake I am 17 and about to turn 18 in one month. I have been reading books like rich dad poor dad, and building wealth one house at a time. The information I got from the books is overwhelming but amazing. 

Hoping to connect with anybody that can give me more advice about real estate investing.
