Recommendation for reputable turnkey companies

What are some reputable turnkey companies that people have acquired properties from and been pleased with.  As a dentist, I have the capital I just don't have the time so I'm just looking for a good turnkey company so I can invest in some turnkey properties.  Please let me know any and all recommendations, but please only ones you have personally used.  Thanks a million!  I'm fine with single or multifamily turnkey.   Also my emphasis would be on cashflow more so than appreciation.
