What accounting software does everyone use for their STR's?

I am a real-estate investor and looking to the bigger pockets community to collectively voice any problems that you have ran into throughout your real estate investing career that could potentially be solved or simplified through software.

One thing I found to be important when vetting PM's is to ensure they use a sophisticated PM software and they give you access to it.

What Property Management Software do you use?

We need to chat, I actually have some questions regarding coding, software development, etc. if you would be willing to answer!

The two actions that were most instrumental in our growth were:1) Selecting full featured property management software with our first purchase so that we could focus on our processes.2) Developing a working relationship with a local portfolio lender that specialized in regional multi-family so that we could avoid issues with DTI.

Another thing you can do is require tenants to use your PM software service to report non-emergency maintenance issues.

Full disclosure: I work in real estate tech and am trying to improve on existing lead qualification software.

Using software like Quickbooks Online, Xero, Stessa (which is free), or a professional bookkeeper who provides these applications for you, you'll be able to pull much more value out of your financial data.
