vetting a property manager/Rhinelander Wi

Hello members. Any recs. for a property manager in Rhinelander Wi? 

Or, wondering if you can lead me to some information to guide me in hiring a property manager? We have an excellent pm in North Carolina and now we need one in Rhinelander, Wi. The one we already have was recommended to us so we didn't need to do much interviewing.  Is there a resource I can use to help me "interview" potential ones and help me to avoid the obvious pitfalls?  We need full service as we are overseas buying site unseen and completely hands-off. tia!
