Hello Everyone, 

I am brand new to BP and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian Quick and I am a realtor and soon to be investor in real estate in Nashville, TN. 

These forums are great and I look forward to connected with you all. 

If anyone wants to know, I want to focus on the lease-option investment route and I actually do wan't my lessees to purchase the home after an agreed upon time.
