Real Estate Investor Problems Solved through Software

I am a real-estate investor and looking to the bigger pockets community to collectively voice any problems that you have ran into throughout your real estate investing career that could potentially be solved or simplified through software.  I am doing a project to try and solve as many problems within the real estate investment world through software.  There are many problems that need and can be solved through technology in order to save investors time and money. I am looking for anyone's help and input to see what problems are out there with current CRMs or any problems that have come to mind that could be solved through software (automated messages, analytics of reach out strategies, organization of lead through close process workflow, marketing, scheduled reports etc).  

It could be any problem that you have run into whether it was just spending too much time doing it when you could put that time into something that actually makes you money, or actual roadblocks that you have faced.  Nothing is off limits.  I am just looking to brainstorm and try to streamline any many processes as possible.
