I am rehabbing my own house and have done almost everything my self from painting to tearing up concrete.

(Except the one large home which needs more work and another one which only needs paint and some carpet.)"

One question I have is, do they repair and take care of the small light work for your rental (i.e paint, minor plumbing, etc) for no additional cost?

I did tile, grout, refinished and installed cabinets, installed fixtures, GFI outlets, drywall, paint replaced rotted wood, and removed old caulking and put new caulking.

Just some background on myself, I'm currently a welder but have experience in other fields such as auto mechanics, computer hardware and software, Paint and body.
