Hi, i'm Rudy from El Paso, TX but I live in Albuquerque NM now for the past nine months. I own a duplex in El Paso and am looking to buy one here in Albuquerque NM. That or a wholesale or rehab home to fix up and resell. I really enjoy fixing up property myself. I totally refurbished my duplex in El Paso with the help of my dad and really had fun doing it. Now, i'm looking to do that again but this time sell it. Hope to learn a lot here.
