Hey everyone just joined. My name Aurelio but people call me "Rel", I'm 26 and looking into flipping houses. Just some background on myself, I'm currently a welder but have experience in other fields such as auto mechanics, computer hardware and software, Paint and body. The reason I choose to get into this field is because it seems that cash flow is pretty good.

I have worked on renovating homes with my father, He owned 3 homes and I did learn many things. I'm looking into working with homes in San Antonio since thats where I live. There is only two problems, I have bad credit and $0 in my savings .
