You can set up a keyword alert, and then add an ignore if the post has another word in it, whatever Mr Corbin's first name is, so you don't get alerts for his posts.

You might also want to investigate if the lot can be subdivided.

That being said, wholesalers at that level are definitely mythical creatures who tend to find you, not the other way around.Stay active here on BP and set up some keyword alerts for "wholesale CT", "wholesaler Connecticut", etc...  

Next I would add some of your desired keywords in the H2 or H3 tags.
