Newbie from Houston, TX

Hi all, I'm excited to join the forum. I'm a licensed realtor in Houston, TX and have been selling real estate (residential) for the past two years. I recently decided it was time to learn about and begin investing. The BP podcasts and blog posts have been a great educational resource. I'm looking to buy-and-hold rentals as well as wholesaling. Still in learning phase though. I look forward to interacting with everyone and hopefully we can even do business together.
