Match making Invest/Flip Company

I am working toward owning my own Match making Invest/Flip Company.

I have capabilities to find houses that are in Repo/Forclosure/Bank owned. That are priced to easily Flip/Invest. I am interested in matching up Investors/Flip/people with the houses for a negotiable percentage. I physically see these houses and can give a basic repair needs, if necessary. If desired to repair I can handle all contractoring needs.
