I am looking at a few this week and some of the properties need work - roofing, kitchen/bathroom rehab, drywall, paint (interior and exterior), flooring, new concrete driveways, etc. 

The comps we found in the area to be between $160,000 and $170,000.The rehabThe property needed full interior rehab.

The interior photos look quite decent and it seems like the sellers took pride in maintaining the property, but I'm always a bit paranoid and I tend to assume other major issues that wouldn't be mentioned in the listing.

@Austin PatenaudeManager has been easy as @Russell Brazil mentioned, condos are great due to only being responsible for the interior of your unit.

I currently have no information on the house other than what is publicly available.I am going to be reaching out to the current occupants this week to try and find out if they plan to stay, and possibly find out how the interior looks.The law firm that handles this sale insists that we should be able to find insurance, but I have yet to talk to any agents that have any idea how to do this.Thank you for your help!

Rehab Completed:- Replaced Electrical Box; Upgrade Service Ampage; Replaced panel; Added a subpanel- Painted entire interior of home and exterior of front of home- Replaced entire kitchen upstairs- Removed drop ceiling upstairs (looked terrible) & replaced with false ceiling/drywall- Replaced 4 windows - Added laminate flooring in basement- Replaced molding in first unit- All other little things that come along with rehab--outlets, light fixtures, shower heads, etc.
