Been here awhile, but ready to get started! Indy help!
I've been a BiggerPockets member for awhile now, listed to hours and hours of podcasts and I'm getting the itch to finally get started.
I'm based out of San Francisco, CA and looking to invest outside given the market conditions in my area.
I've been exploring the Indy area for a BRRRR. I would appreciate any recommendations for the core four (realtor/deal finder, property manager, contractor and lender)

@Gilbert Chan find a broker that will work with you. That's step 1. Get familiar with the areas. You probably need someone or a group to get into to help you verify areas and values. Best wishes!!
