Ultimately I want to be active as a GP or look at multi-family in general but I feel that the passive investment through syndication as an LP gives me some time to analyze deals, learn about the ins and outs and figure out how I can become active - as opposed to diving into the deep end out without any experience or network.

People will criticize you for not having a "strong" enough Why compared to theirs but at the end of the day, it is what keeps YOU motivated, not them. so dig deep and go find that "why"!

I wasn't expecting another snap and it was not like she even mentioned the actual problem or thing that triggered her initial call, when I followed up with text, she went off the deep end with character attack and still no mention of the original issue, so I still have no idea what the actual specific issue is in this case, I just know that she does not like me anymore(to say it nicely).Anyway, thanks for chiming in and it's great help and encouragement to read your replies in general and here specifically.
