Hi BP Community,

Has anyone here successfully started their investing career (first purchase) with hard money using the BRRRR strategy?

I’d be curious to see how that panned out. I understand having some capital for the unexpected is needed. But the idea of waiting around a few years for a large nest egg seems to be a waist of precious time. We don’t know how long the interest rates will stay this low and I’d rather get started sooner rather than later. I’d love to hear some folks experience with hard money at the beginning, how much of a nest egg they had, and how that process went. Looking forward to your feedback!
