Kansas City Multi-Family Inventory

Hi BP!

Where's the inventory in KC? I don't see any decent properties coming up for sale. The ones that are coming up have terrible returns because they are priced too high. Is there a secret off-market community? I really want to grow my portfolio and I am ready to buy more units. I own 11 units in KC currently. It's slightly frustrating when I have no where to put my money except for a volatile and uncertain stock market. I've been putting about 4k per month into a brokerage account lately because I have no where else to put it. I also paid off my car recently due to the same reason. Now I don't have debt so without real estate inventory, it seems the market is my only option.

Is it time for me to start building a team in a different market?

Thanks,

Rick
