Your statement that "you constantly find good deals and you can use stock options to create cash flow"is basically the same pitch that every late night get rich quick guru uses to sell uneducated greedy rubes on some proprietary automated stock trading platform.

Middle units are tougher, you can be crossing lot's of joists.A common way to do this without simply cutting out the whole path and drilling the joist (or cat) is to cut out like a 5x5 of plaster, notch the joist just deep enough for the cable, fish the cable through, then cover it with steel nail protection plate.

Flippers who go through the entire value chain themselves (i.e. source their own leads) wouldn't be competing with wholesalers, so there should not be additional competition from our platform.
