Hi All,

I've been reading on here for a bit, so I figured it's probably time to introduce myself. I'm still researching suitable niches for investment but there are a few I'm looking at in more depth.  Currently I am examining mobile home investing for the cashflow benefits in order to build up more capital. My long term goal would be to build passive income and retire early (at 55) using a  different investment vehicle, possible mortgage notes, they seem complex and quite fascinating.  Also, I'd be interested in down the line diversifying a bit with some buy and hold investing (potentially vacation rentals??).

I currently work full time so while my primary goal at this point is retirement income, if I could generate enough cashflow for retirement as well as income in the next three to four  years that would be even better!

I'm so excited to continue to grow my knowledge and start investing!

@Jen Neubauer

Welcome to the BP community. Ok, now that you have taken your initial step, below are some quick links to get engaged.

REI can be very daunting, but, before you go searching for that 1st buy, please take a few minutes to bone up on the tips in link below.

However, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.
