Suggestions on an Online tenant management software company

I am looking for suggestions of a good but affordable software to manage and market properties for a small landlord with less than 50 units. thanks

Hey @Kevin Felmlee, for 50 properties I would suggest looking into Rentec Direct.  It's the platform I've used to market and grow from a handful up to managing over 80 properties.  While AF, Pware, Buildium and most of the others are changing their focus to the more profitable property manager clients, Rentec feels committed to private landlords and keeps the pricing reasonable for self-managed landlords.  On another BP thread last week their president stopped by to re-affirm their commitment to landlords.  I don't think I've ever seen any of the other platforms visit, or even care about, the BP community the way Rentec has.
