I've signed up for Bigger Pockets in hopes to network with flippers and wholesalers in the Southbay Los Angeles area so i can learn the trade and also help out were i can.

I want to start a fix and flip business in the Denver area and need to talk to a good CPA about how to structure the business. 

Also, you may want to attend your local real estate investment club to network and find others who are doing what you want to do.

@Johnny Stacks If they're looking into buying and holding, they'll have to pick an area to invest, learn the market and build their network...before they buy.

Hello ladies and gentlemen My name is Sherif, I was just wondering if there are any real estate investors around the New York, New Jersey area that wouldn’t mind me networking with them on a more than just keyboard level.

Of course since we are new to the area we are looking for local real estate agents to network with who can give us a feel for the market climate and whom we can refer clients to.

My goals for the future are to network and build many strong connections, own rental properties, flip houses for resale (seeming as my experience will help with the rehab process) and to make wholesale deals.

I am looking forward to connecting and networking  with many great local talents to obtain my very first deal!
