New to wholesaling and flipping

Hello, My name is Jeremy Hernandez and I am new to investing. I've signed up for Bigger Pockets in hopes to network with flippers and wholesalers in the Southbay Los Angeles area so i can learn the trade and also help out were i can. My ultimate goal is to buy and hold for cash flow, but start out flipping and wholesaling for funding.
