Hey everyone ! I’m a newly starting investor looking to wholesale homes in Tampa bay and surrounding areas, would love some pointers on how to get started and what direction I should be heading. I have been studying a lot on YouTube and on here also listening to Sean terry’s podcast daily, have learned some invaluable information, but still stuck at a crossroad. Thanks ! Samson

@Samson Crockett hello and welcome to BiggerPockets!

You've definitely come to the right place to get your real estate investing career off the ground.  I commend you for that feat.

What I would do, if I were you, is the following:

1. Take time to soak up the wealth of knowledge available here. You have podcasts, blogs, articles, even the forum has a lot of questions and good answers.  Take notes and learn.

2. Network with experienced real estate investors on here. They can help you get your deals done correctly.

3. Consider joining a local real estate investors club in your area. There you can acquaint yourself with other real estate investors and professionals (lenders, title reps, realtors, escrow agents, appraisers, contractors, etc) in your area.

Happy to help in any way I can.

Congratulations, Samson, and I wish you much success in your real estate investing career!
