I also suggest a "lock box" collection plan with sellers financing a deal, make your payments directly to a joint account or their account with depository authority, don't mail payments to an individual seller. :)

I believed if you set up a Corp, then talk with your local authorities for about turning into multifamily dwelling or in California we call it ( Multifamily-Residential Unified Dwelling ). but it is defiantly, possible i would just get a lawyer to look into it, but is possible
